Event: Volunteer Orientation - Tour the Jewel Box Theatre

Time: 2:00 PM.
Details: You can also learn about the many and varied ways in which you can help this special venue to thrive. This hour-long Volunteer Orientation will be held in the theatre's lobby, and is strictly an informational session. It is open to anyone interested, and requires no commitment to attend.
Following the Orientation, if you decide you would like to join our volunteer family, we will welcome you with open arms. There are lots of tasks with which to help at our all-volunteer theatre, and the time commitment varies widely.
Come see what it's all about! And bring a friend or two if you like. If you plan to attend, please call the theatre at 360-930-3048 to RSVP. You can also call that number if you have any questions. Someone will return your call within a couple of days.

Event: Kingston (North Kitsap) Health Fair
Host: Various local Health care providers
Location: Kingston Community Center, 11212 State Hwy. 104, Kingston, WA.
Time: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Details: Local healthcare providers from a variety of disciplines will be on hand to share valuable knowledge and educate the general population on your healthcare options.
This event is for everyone from your favorite four legged friend to people of all ages and health issues, and there is no cost to attend.
Some of the fields represented are massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, veterinary medicine, dentistry, registered nurses and many more. There will be basic vital check booths, goodies and give-aways, lectures, and drawings.
This event is a follow-up to the Hansville Health fair held in September of 2007, and the goal is to continue to hold informational fairs for the community.
